As someone in the healthcare world myself, the experience with Dr. Violi and her staff is exceptional - one of the best overall experiences of any doctors practices I've had. I've been a patient since I was 18 and had 2 babies via c-section under her care. I always felt confident in the medical advice recieved and was impressed by the attention to detail and the compassion with which it is delivered. Dr. Violi is always willing to answer your questions and is extremely responsive if you have an issue or a question, even after hours. I recovered seemlessly from both c-sections which is a testament to her skill as a surgeon. I love that it is an intimate practice - you have the same staff taking care of you each visit allowing you to develop a trusting relationship and for everyone to fully understand your case. I would without reservation highly recomend anyone seek out Dr. Violi for your OB/GYN needs, she really is the best in town!
I have been a patient of Dr Violi and her staff for twenty years. I have read the few negative posts with pure disbelief and amazement!
An issue, I have read about is the billing issue. I did have some issues with the person in billing, which I brought up with Dr Violi and Lisa Violi her sister. Not necessarily the office billing as it was my insurance company billing issue! Unfortunately this is what we have to deal with these days. My issues were quickly addressed and taken care of by both Dr. Violi and her sister Lisa. I’m absolutely amazed at some of these reviews, because Dr Violi isn’t at your Becking call! Like these reviewers are the only ones having a baby? What is Dr Violi to do, clone herself so she can deliver two baby’s at the same time? Oh wait, she has, her sister! Dr Violi’s sister Lisa, is amazing just as her older sister is! Yes, the waiting area is busy, because your in an amazing Practice!!! the Violis are both that good! The receptionist, can’t be sweeter! My own experience, I went into labor and Dr. Violi was in the hospital after just delivering her child. She got out of a hospital bed, put scrubs on and delivered my son! Talk about dedication!!! Look around the office, have you ever seen any doctor with as much accreditation, awards, publicity! I felt I had to write a lengthy review to address the very few negative reviews. Not only will you feel that you are with the most amazing doctor, you are with “The best of the Best” and if your appointment is bumped to Lisa Violi, because Dr Violi is delivering a baby!!! Your in excellent hands! I just can’t believe the gall of some!
Dr. Violi and the entire staff are amazing and very caring. I can't stop recommending her practice to anyone I know. Just few weeks ago she delivered my third baby (c-section), and during this pandemic my baby and I felt very well taken care of and safe. My recovery just like my previous c-sections was quick. By the 2nd week I was already comfortable going back to my regular schedule. Everyone knows your name and you feel like at home. I just love and appreciate very much Dr. Violi and her team.
