  This place is so delicious. It is CASH ONLY so just a heads up. I am from NYC and I am very particular about my bagels, how they are made, and how they taste. This bagel shop is by far the closest you will get to a NYC bagel. It can get busy sometimes which means its amazing. They have multiple spread options, bagel options, sandwich options and has the feel of a mom and pop bagel shop. I go here at least once a week and wont be stopping anytime soon.

  Best breakfast sandwiches in the county. I've been getting breakfast here a few times a week for the last couple of years and its nice to know that this small family owned shop is still going strong. The fact they are in a shopping plaza is nice too became that way I never have a problem finding parking.

  Literally the best bagel spot in all of orange county! I was born and raised in Queens and work in Manhattan my whole life..I know my bagels! Seriously the BEST spot around! The breakfast sandwich was amazing. Customer for life after this experience. Thank you and happy holidays!!

  Downtown Bagels lives up to the claim of best bagels in Orange County. You can tell they're hand rolled. The outside is crunchy with a soft interior. Proper amount of cream cheese. Bring cash and your appetite.
