(May 17, 2023, 7:44 pm)Excellent selection of annuals and perennials for spring planting. Lots of varieties of basil. Several multicolored varieties of lantana. All plants appeared to be well cared for. Lots of staff available. Will be back!

(May 21, 2022, 1:11 pm)We purchased an outdoor furniture set 3 years ago and this spring when we took the furniture covers off, we saw that the weaving on our love seat had completely separated. We contacted Down to Earth about this and worked with Connie. She looked into it and learned that the manufacturer had been bought out by another company and no longer carried this line. They also told Connie that the weave only had a 1 year warranty. As you can imagine this was very upsetting to me since my expectation would be that my furniture would last more than 3 years (with light usage). Connie spoke to the owner, Stuart, who explained that since the manufacturer is no longer selling this product, they were limited in what they can do. However, he said they would like to help us with replacement furniture which they would discount accordingly. We went into the store and Connie helped us find another love seat from a different set, which, while not the same, looked like it would work with the other pieces we had from the original set. Connie spoke to Stuart (the owner) while we were there and he said he would give us the piece as an even exchange. We were so happily surprised and impressed with this result. Down to Earth stood behind their products, and while they had no obligation to do this, provided a replacement for no charge. I cannot say enough about what a great experience and outcome this was. We are so appreciative to both Connie and Stuart for the way they worked with us and resolved this issue. Thank you to both.

(April 21, 2022, 11:57 am)Great experience at Down to Earth. Yard Man, Andrew, was excellent, helpful, answered all my questions and walked all over the place to help us pick out our trees. Nice selection of healthy plants.

(July 11, 2021, 3:42 pm)My wife and I were told about this nursery by a landscape designer. We are from Westchester and just thought we could find most of her suggestions locally. Wow were we wrong. We finally took the ride up to Pomona which was really only about a half hours ride. What a contrast we found from our local nurseries. Down to Earth has plenty of friendly and knowledgeable help. They also have many unique choices at reasonable prices. We strongly recommend your taking a ride there; you will not be disappointed.

(November 15, 2020, 6:35 pm)I went into down to earth for the first time today. Gorgeous selection of unique merchandise! The staff was extremely friendly. Very reasonable prices, great adherence to Covid regulations, and very well organized. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return! I love my new woodland creature Christmas tree ornaments and the gorgeous hiking Santa I bought!
