Been coming here since the pandemic started. They have great clothes and many sizes. What I like the most is the variety of accessories and jewelry.
Double exposure opened the world to consignment shopping to me and I can honestly say I'll never go back to "normal" shopping!
I love going through the store to see what hidden treasures are in there; clothing, shoes and jewelry from well known designers. I've made so many awesome purchases (most are brand new items with tags!) that have made a great addition to my closet. The staff is also so sweet, welcoming and accommodating.
I also love following their instagram, it's a great snippet of their personality and items coming in. (Seriously, you should follow ;))
I recently moved to Milford but always make time to visit Double Exposure ;) Can't wait to see the new location!
I've been going to Double Exposure for over 20 years as a consignor and a shopper. I find them to be incredibly organized, and not just with the merchandise in the store, but with their payment process once my goods have been sold. My mother and my daughter also shop in this store and when the 3 of us want to treat ourselves to a fun afternoon, we go to Double Exposure. This is the best shop in Fairfield County!
I absolutely love Double Exposure! After happening upon this store a few years ago and seeing their incredible selection of designer clothing, shoes and accessories at unbelievable prices, I vowed to never shop retail again! It seemed ridiculous to pay full prices when I could come in to DE and find beautiful pieces that I would most likely not see anyone else wearing and not spend a fortune. The staff is super helpful and friendly which always makes shopping that much more pleasant and easy. Whenever I need an outfit for a specific event and am stressing out over it, I just ask one of the ladies in the front to help me. I describe what I'm looking for and what the event is, and they gladly help me pick out several items to try on. By the end of it, I always come out with the perfect outfit. If you are looking for a different kind of shopping experience where you can get high quality designer items at not-so-designer prices, I definitely recommend going to Double Exposure. I promise you that your closet and wallet will thank you!!!
