I have vasovagal, so I am prone to fainting. My first experience with Dr. Bocelli was great. I almost fainted and got very dizzy, before she did anything. They gave me a water and turned the AC colder in my room. Once I regained some color, she began removing an ingrown toenail I had. She explained very well what she was going to do and how to take care of it after. I went in a second time for my other toe, knowing I might faint. I told her, no offense but I’m going to blast music so I can distract myself. She was very understanding, and helped me once again.
Dr. Boccelli did an amazing job fixing my toe after I got something jammed in the nail! I called and they got me in the same day- super accommodating. I was totally terrified about the procedure, and Dr. Boccelli and the entire staff were so unbelievably patient and kind, explaining everything and just generally putting me at ease. It turned what should have been a traumatic event into something that was pretty much pain free. I highly recommend them for everyone, but especially for people who are nervous and struggle with medical procedures.
Dr Boccelli performed surgery on my big left toe in 2015. I was extremely pleased with her warmth and sunshine smile and greatly appreciated how she explained all my options and expected results. I'd recommend Dr Boccelli to anyone.
Dr. Boccelli was excellent at making sure my very nervous young daughter was well-informed about her condition. She was very professional, patient, kind and humorous! Her receptionist was friendly and very courteous! It's so nice to have a pleasant doctor visit experience ! Thank you!
