(July 23, 2023, 10:25 pm)I am disappointed at some of the reviews I noticed about this Dollar General location. For one, Dollar General and Dollar Tree differ in that Dollar Tree has items costing $1. Dollar General does not. With that said, I was extremely happy with my visit to the Naugatuck, Connecticut, DG store yesterday. I was greeted and offered help upon store entry. Jarisa was extremely helpful in assisting me in locating items I wanted to purchase. They had everything in stock for me to buy. I noticed two self-checkout stations and one full-checkout area where Jarisa worked. She was pleasant and accommodating. Jarisa ensured I received all posted discounts, including the $5 off $25 Saturday coupon discount. I would recommend this Dollar General location and Jarisa to family and friends. Additionally, the parking was more than plentiful. I travel throughout the United States and shop at Dollar General every Saturday using coupons. I give this location a 10 out of 10! :)

(February 18, 2023, 7:23 am)It is mostly self check out with a few staff members around if you need help. I haven't had any issues with my visits. There is more variety in this store than other older stores I feel. However, it is not as neat and organized as when it first opened. It's convenient where it's located. They have a few sections items are just a dollar. I do like that! 👍
