(November 21, 2020, 11:47 pm)I have nothing but great things to say about David and his team. They were both professional and friendly. My two little ones were always overjoyed to see them and they were so nice to them as well as reassured me they were never a bother to them. As a mom, this meant a lot to me. He replaced a front door, including a storm door, painted my entire upstairs consisting of a half bath, hallway, and 2 bedrooms and also repaired some holes in the walls. He was on time, and consistent with getting me the written estimate in a timely fashion. His price was fair and honest. He told me what he could do and what he couldn’t. (I had some pretty far fetched ideas) The replacement of my floor far exceeded my expectations. Him and Greg worked on it for hours. My original door frame is very uneven so they spent the time and did everything needed to make it function properly with no flaws. Overall I was very pleased with David and would certainly welcome him back to do additional work.

They included power washing the house & driveway, painting the garage door and some outdoor furniture and assembling several items. The jobs were priced fairly and I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work. I would use David & DL Dream Homes again and recommend their services.

(December 15, 2019, 10:38 pm)I needed my staircase and hallway painted. They came over and did a great job and didn't leave until the job was perfect. I will definitely be calling them again. Nothing better than finding a fully licensed and insured handyman to take care of all your household needs.
