(April 9, 2022, 2:06 pm)My work with Donna to both improve the quality and quantity of my diet far exceeded my expectations and left me very impressed with Donna’s approach & knowledge. Donna quickly identified the gaps in my diet, recommended small, manageable but meaningful changes and provided continued guidance throughout and in-between sessions.
As a lifelong Crohn’s sufferer, I struggle to eat fruits and vegetables and tended to overcompensate with processed food. Donna worked with me to slowly introduce foods that agree with me and think about different options for lunches and snacks, helping me to shed some excess weigh in the process. I highly recommend Donna for any dietary challenges. -

(March 17, 2022, 9:35 pm)Donna was very helpful and easy to talk to. She helped my figure out how to treat my Irritable bowel syndrome. She helped me by implementing the FODMAP diet which for me really required guidance and moral support because it involved removing alot of ingredients from my diet. We slowly reintroduced things bit by bit to see what was the culprit. By doing this I was able to lessen my symptoms greatly and I now live a much happier life.
Donna is supportive and patient and has experienced digestive issues firsthand so she truly understands the mental side of it as well. Speaking to Donna was a pleasure and I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders after every session. I highly recommend working with her.
