  Great experience working with the DJ Cross team including Bill who was on site! In addition to some chimney repair work, they beautifully renovated my fireplace quickly and with excellent communication. Couldn't be happier!

  When a competitor recommended DJ Cross due to the scope of this project I knew immediately all future maintenance of the fireplaces in this home would be with this company. From high technology inspections to detailed estimates,recommendations and subsequent lining of one fireplace, total replacement of a chimney and second fireplace the strong teamwork skills and professionalism were impressive and truly appreciated…thanks to all!

  I am very pleased with our new, Ventis Forever fireplace installed by D.J. Cross. Their price came in significantly less than a local competitor, yet their quality is superb. From our initial estimate, we had confidence that the team knew what they were doing and would complete our job well. Laurie in the office was always responsive to my questions, and Bill, our technician, was on time, friendly, and professional. I would strongly recommend D.J. Cross to others looking for fireplace replacement work.
  
  Update: About a month after our initial work, I asked Bill to come back out to help mitigate some cold air we were experiencing around our chimney walls. He and Chris came out and did the job, and they were professional and friendly like before. We are pleased again with their service.

  The DJ Cross guys were great!
  
  They had to do a major excavation on the wall to install the fireplace over a few weeks in my living room.
  
  They always left the place very tidy and clean during those weeks as they came in to do the work.
  
  Bill, Jose and John each had a very professional manner and always left me feeling that everything was under control.
  
  Bill always communicated in a confident, clear and steady manner, and worked with me to problems solve logistics needs of them getting access, as well as giving me timelines that were always met.
  
  Jose gave excellent customer service with clear answers on what needed to be done, with an extremely warm friendly and approachable manner, and always left my space spotless and tidy as the weeks went by.
  
  John did amazing work. He was thorough and the work he did looked world class.
