  First of all, when I called on the phone I spoke with someone named Joe, who was incredibly helpful, friendly and very easy to talk with. He really made the ordering a pleasure so it was easy to become excited about the upcoming delivery. The sink was delivered on my porch outside my front door a day later than the email had said, yet the weather was blustery, icy and snow-filled and I am amazed that it was delivered the next day at all. Joe also made himself available to speak to the guy who did the measuring, to make sure it was exactly as it needs to be. A terrific experience and I would use them again in a New York second!
  (Later I found out Joe is a co-owner with his wife.)
  
  Months later: It's a great sink and I love the rubber "shelf" on the top; and cutting my veggies is fun when using the cutting board on top, as well! Sooooo nifty and elegant bohemian! Sometimes the metal on the bottom of the sink gets a bit grody--the only difficulty. Yet it’s dishwasher safe! Thanks so much! Love your company and personal attention!   Ordered faucet was delivered to wrong address despite Direct Sinks giving correct one. “Joe” from Direct Sinks followed up and I had replacement faucet on doorstep in 2 days. Its a beautiful faucet which is sold lots of places, however great customer service is not everywhere!! Thanks!

  Direct Sinks was great! My faucet (Kraus touchless) was backordered everywhere else, but they had it! It was also a better price, with a coupon and free shipping. The sink arrived timely and well packed so it wasn't damaged. I also liked using a family owned company vs a big box store. Thanks Direct Sinks!!
