(July 15, 2023, 8:19 pm)If you are looking for the best of the best when it comes to local ice cream shop, look no further. This local dive is happening and for good cause. The ice cream comes out in heaping proportions, for good prices and in many different ways. The only point of cautions I share are that you may be in for a bit of a wait on a busy (hot) day and always bring cash as this establishment only accepts cash.

(May 15, 2023, 8:49 pm)Dippy's is usually excellent across the board. We were a party of 5. 4 items were delicious as usual. The only disappointment was the cookie monster kids ice cream. It had no flavor. My impression of it is heavily blue-colored ice cream base with no flavoring and crushed up cookies blended in. A couple of the kids tried it. In the end, less than 1/2 of it was eaten and the rest was thrown away.
Noteable positives were the humongous ice cream sandwich and a hot fudge sundae with strawberries. We still love you Dippy's. You're always clean inside and out and service is quick and friendly. -

Great selection of ice cream flavors and the homemade waffle cone tasted super fresh! Very different tasting than the packaged cones. They basically have it all, ice cream, sundaes, and savory treats like hot dogs and pretzels. Prices are pretty comparable to my last ice cream place which makes this place super desirable. Also you can customize your banana splits with different flavors and toppings. Only issue might be mosquitos when sitting in the covered area so just be aware. Will definitely be back!
