  After storing and making some smaller purchases over the years here, I was finally brave enough to get my coat restyled. I purchased my coat years ago from a department store and had put off getting it restyled because I loved it so much even though it was too big on me. I brought it in to Dimitrios and am so glad! The changes suggested and made were just right, well done, fairly priced and quick turn around time. I couldn’t be happier. My outdated, ill fitting coat was transformed to a stunning updated classic! Exactly what I hoped for.
  
  The selection and pricing of new coats and jackets is spectacular and I added to my closet with a beautiful sheared “everyday” mink while I was there.

  I recently went to Dimitrios Furs to see what I could do with two of my mother’s fur coats. My mother recently passed and I wanted to keep the coats but they were much too small for me to wear.
  
  I was greeted immediately by Dimitrios and explained my situation. He understood how important the coats were to me and suggested I could have them redesigned, to make them more modern and suited to my personal taste. After hours of looking at all his designs and trying on different styles, Dimitrios came up with a design for a coat and a vest. He was extremely patient with me and helped me select complimentary fur touches to add on to both the coat and vest.
  
  I was nervous but he assured me they would be beautiful. He called me in for a fitting and I was very surprised how gorgeous the pieces were. He added special personalized touches (deep pockets, extra pocket for my insulin pump, two sets of hook closures) to make the coat and vest a true custom design. Dimitrios and Nick also made me a custom set of earmuffs to match my vest and coat with the remaining fur while I waited!
  
  The skill sets of both Dimitrios and Nick are unparalleled. I can’t not express how pleased I am to be able to wear my deceased mother’s coats in a way that captures my style and her personality.

  Dimitrios Furs of Saint James did an excellent job on revamping my parkas by adding a stunning thick fox fur trim to the hoods. He knew exactly what I was looking for and executed it perfectly. Looking forward to my future purchases from Dimitrios Furs. 😀

  I have been a customer of Dimitrios Furs for many years. Not only has my husband purchased beautiful, stylish quality coats for me, but I have also had remodeling done of several coats. When my mom passed away I brought her full length mink into Dimitri as I was undecided what to do with it. He suggested altering it into not one but two vests so my sister and I would each have a portion of our moms fur. We couldn't have been happier!! Whether you are in the market for a new coat or remolding an outdated one Dimitrios Furs is the BEST! They are a family owned business that provides not only the best quality but excellent personalized service.

  The owner of this beautiful establishment has done wonders for years with my minks and remolding. Dimitrios Fur Store is spotless and very festive for every holiday. They go the extra mile too please every customer. I’d also like to say I belong to Senior America this establishment also makes Pagent gowns . You will never be disappointed in this store. Wonderful staff .
