  Ishita, Mark and Mike are simply the best! They made a horrible situation that seemed insurmountable, bearable. The guys are professional and cared for my property like it was their own. They make you feel like you matter in a world where no one else does. No other company (and I called a LOT) even wanted to get involved in a partial kitchen repair/rebuild but Dimension not only got involved but you couldn’t ask for a better advocate than Ishita when dealing with your insurance company. We have a way to go before my kitchen is fully repaired and back together but I finally feel like I have someone on my side and I’m looking forward to them completing the project. Don’t even waste your time calling anyone else.

  It was a pleasure to work with Dimension on my down-to-the-studs bathroom renovation. In the first phase, I enjoyed working with Ishita on my design plans. Mark and the crew began the job on exactly the date we planned and worked every day until it was complete. I appreciated their meticulous attention to detail and clean-ups at the end of each day. As a bonus, all the guys are pleasant and fun to have around. My new bathroom is beautiful.

  Dimension Restoration recently completed a full basement remodel/renovation for me. I have never had a more wonderful experience or have been more pleased with an outcome.
  
  From my first meeting with the owner to their last day on the job my experience and the results have far exceded my expectations.
  
  Every member of this crew is an artisan in their own right. Their brainstorming, collaboration, pure talent and skill helped turn my vision into a reality. And just as important, they were the sweetest most respectful group of guys I have ever dealt with.
  
  The level of care on the part of the owners to make sure that we were pleased with every detail was amazing. What I found to be most noteworthy was that the owner made herself available 24/7 to discuss every aspect of the job, conference in others if necessary to ensure my wishes were being carried out exactly as I wanted.
  
  Dealing with Dimension Restoration, especially my pal Ishita who made this whole project so much fun, has been such a wonderful and fulfilling experience.
  
  I highly recommend this group, I assure you they are the best at what they do !

  I HIGHLY recommend using dimension!!! We started working with Dimension when a pipe burst in the foundation of our newly bought home. This all happened when my sister in laws were house sitting and my husband was transitioning from being stationed in San Diego to NY. Ishita, Mark, and their crew were amazing! From the beginning she took care of EVERYTHING! Within minutes of calling Ishita they were taking moisture readings and pictures of everything for the insurance company. I’ve barely had to do anything other than make the insurance claim, choose paint colors, and choose replacement flooring. They are just about to start reconstruction since everything from the floors to the ceiling had to be removed. I will definitely be posting before and after pics when it’s completed. I’m confident Ishita, Mark, and their crew will make our home even better than it was before. They truly turned this unfortunate event entirely around!

  Dimension Restoration & Construction is a dream to work with. I approached Ishita when my wife and I purchased land in West Hampton. Since it was a small lot, I wanted to maximize the use of the space while remaining true to the architectural vision of similar homes in the area. In addition, I wanted to blend my love of industrial modern with mid-century style while finding a way to include modern conveniences. I immediately knew after my first meeting with Ishita and Mike that they understood my vision and that the company was much more than a general contractor. They very quickly came up with plans to match our design and introduced me to all the suppliers that we would need to realize the final vision. Dimension was on top of the ordering process and managed all the materials from the start. I was also very impressed with the team of project managers assigned to my project. Unlike many general contractors, Mike and his team initiated a high and consistent level of communication with me as both client and designer. His entire staff was responsive to any request and I felt like I could contact them with any detail, big or small. Attention to detail is important to me and Dimension didn’t disappoint. From the plate and drain covers to the high gloss cabinetry and appliances, the team was there to manage each aspect of this project. I can be a demanding client but I always felt that Dimension was on my side. There were several times during the renovation that I was out of town and I didn’t worry that work would continue in my absence. I felt completely confident in the team and knew that I could trust them to watch over the details. Even down to the final walk-through and punch list, Dimension stayed with me and responded quickly. Additionally, the billing process was simple and painless. Although the major phase of my renovation is complete, I plan to use them for some small projects. If you are looking for high design and attention to detail, I would not hesitate to recommend Dimension Restoration & Construction.
