Dealing with the new folks has been wonderful. Friendly, helpful, etc. However, they need to research pellets before selling. Dry Creek is horrible and had anyone researched it, they would have seen the reviews and perhaps not purchased and then sold to their customers with a nod to how good they are. Just my thoughts.

Excellent experience with Diggs Tri-County Coal. Went to purchase anthracite coal for use in a Blacksmith project. They told me exactly what I needed, sold it to me for a fair price, and were excellent to deal with. I will definitely be a return customer, when I run out of my current supply.

New owners here after more than 20 years dealing with them. New people were pleasant and helpful.
Delivery of wood pellets was a little far out but not a problem for me.

I ordered 2 tons of pellets from Tri County last February when pellets were nearly impossible to get. Not only did they have stock, I was able to stop in on a Saturday morning to pick up a few bags of the 2 types they were stocking to burn first through my old and picky pellet stove before ordering. The owner was great - once I decided on the brand they delivered as promised, and the price was great. Planning on ordering again soon. Don't know what others are complaining about - I had an excellent experience with this company.
