  Emile changed the way how I will view fitness forever. Always motivating in the workout sessions and welcoming. Sadly, I’m leaving the area but highly recommend anyone to join. Very dependable indeed.

  I started going to dependable fitness in July! It's an amazing gym and Emile is great! Working out there has definitely helped me get back into shape after having my baby in December. I had gained some weight and was definitely not in my best shape. The workouts are great, easy to follow, and I always feel like I could go at my own pace. Since coming there, I've lost 15+ lbs and counting! I only go once a week, but it weren't for my schedule, I'd go more! I definitely reccomend this gym!!!!

  Awesome workouts.Awesome trainers. What more do you need ?! Love this gym they have small group classes but they make it feel personal at the same time the price for the classes is amazing and they make you feel like your part of a family. They trainers here care about each one of their clients and are there to help with your goals and that’s what I really Love . No matter what fitness level youre at their workouts will definitely keep you moving and motivated to go back. I’m Definitely check them out if you’re looking to join a gym.

  HONEST REVIEW: Lived in Bogota my whole life and didn't know this gem existed until I was researching workout classes nearby online. I can not say enough good things about this gym. All the classes are small so you get a lot of attention from the trainers. This place is great for people with 'gym anxiety' because whether you are advanced or a beginner, there are men and women of every age and body type & not once have I ever felt intimidated or judged. I have really built up my confidence through the workouts and finally feel comfortable going to the gym on my off days and hitting the weights alone. Emile (owner and trainer) really cares about his clients and shoots a text asking where I've been if I haven't shown up to class in a few days. He never gives up on his clients and more importantly he makes sure you don't give up on yourself! In 6 weeks I saw drastic results and now rave about this place to everyone I know. Go for a free class, I promise you won't regret it.

  The best trainer I've ever had. I have never felt so fit and enjoyed working out until I started training with Emile. I've been training with Emile for about 3 years, he is very motivating, encourages you to push harder, work with you to formulate a fitness and diet regimen to achieve the results you want to attain. My fitness level and my body has completely transformed. I am much more confident in how I look in my clothes and feel within myself.
