  My 2 year old fell and broke her tooth before we even had our first dental appointment and had an established dentist.
  Of course our incident happened on Saturday when all the doctor offices closed for the weekend.
  I did not have any hope to get my child in anywhere for a week or so, but I fill out the contact form on the website in hopes to hear from someone on Monday. To my surprise someone contacted me shorty, asked to send a photo of our damaged tooth, and asked for more information and my emails were responded quickly despite that it was Sunday. We were able to secure Monday morning appointment and we were in and out within 30 min My 2 year old daughter who had never been to a dentist and who hates to brush her teeth that it takes us forever to get it done, she did so well with Dr. Joe. No crying no fighting, just let him do what need a to be done to fix her tooth. He was so gentle and knew how to convince her open her mouth etc.
  I read some bad reviews about front desk, but they were lovely! They greeted us with big smile, and on the way out it started to rain and they offered us to take umbrellas to make it dry to our cars! (We didn’t because it was only a drizzle, but thank you!) it was great experience considerings our sad and scary emergency and I’m thankful for having your office in New Milford!

  I told my husband that the kids’ dentist and chick-fil-a should run everything. Seriously, the only place as efficient and well organized as this office is the chick-fil-a drive thru. They’re also friendly and lovely people from the front desk to the doctor. It’s worth coming here even if you have a drive! (We drive 30 minutes)

  Took my kid here a yesterday, and it was an AMAZING experience. Dr. Joe is so kind and warm hearted. He made my nervous child feel really comfortable. The front desk staff was also incredibly accommodating. Our original appointment was scheduled for earlier than yesterday, but we were running behind in the morning and were going to be late to the appointment. Rather than rushing my son through his appointment, they kindly offered to reschedule him. They were super transparent with timing and really worked with us and our schedule. I am so happy with this service, and will absolutely continue coming to Dr. Joe!
