She provided a sample design image that had everything I wanted and more, and in doing so designed a ring that is absolutely perfect for me. She kept me aware of her progress & made sure to ship it halfway across the country at a time when I could be sure to receive it safely.

I had such a positive experience dealing with them I would recommend them to absolutely anyone, and I totally have! I cannot wait for my fiancé and I to get to pick out or custom design our wedding bands from these guys! I trust them very much and they do impeccable work.

Nolan and Ginger are the most welcoming and friendliest people you will ever meet, and Romeo, the golden retriever, is happy to welcome you as well! I went there in July to ask them about making a ring for our 20th anniversary. The former owner, Russ, had made a gorgeous wedding band that fit perfectly with my wife's engagement ring. I didn't realize there was new ownership, but I have to say that they were amazing to work with, accommodating, and their craftsmanship is second to none. If you're in the market for jewelry, especially a custom piece, you owe it to yourself to visit Deep River Design!
