  Dee Ceylan met with us many years ago when we considered selling our home. He was very professional and helpful -giving us a list of improvements to sell the unique and historic condo home in a lower housing market. This is why Dee remained at the top of our list for buying before selling during this very intensely competitive market 2021/22. He was very thorough with the details we wanted in a home purchase. We were able to find a dream home in what must be record time for such a difficult buyers market. On the selling end- he found the ideal buyer for our unusual but wonderful historic stone condo.   We met Dee almost 7 yrs ago while purchasing our first home in Fairfield, CT. We couldn't make up our mind. He provided tremendous guidance, filled us in with everything we needed to know as a newbie. If he noted any issues or wasn't comfortable with anything about the house, he wouldn't hesitate to pass that property. He was patient with us and did not create any pressure. In fact, we decided to put our plans of buying a house on hold for a year after him showing us ~20 properties. He was never upset with our decision. Of course, we went back to him a year later. The house he found for us, doubled it's value in 3 years as he predicted. By the way, each time he used drive all the way from Danbury to show us properties in Fairfield. When he decided to move out of State, he found us the most nicest & reliable tenants one can imagine. We just bought our 2nd property in the Midwest. He did inquiries for us about the market situation down in IN. I've known Dee as an honest, smart and very trustful person. If he is on your side, you leave the worrying part to him, lean back and enjoy the house hunt. So far, I recommended him to several friends who have been very happy with his services.
