  We have been referred to Declercq Law Firm PLLC for the sale of our Condo and that was the best thing that happened to us, Emily and Lindsay professionalism is outstanding! Perfect! At all levels.
  We were supported and guided throughout the process, excellent communication, guidance, was beyond our expectations, until the closing and even after our closing, Lindsay followed up with us! This is our first time working with Emily & Lindsay and we would never use any other real estate law firm! Absolutely the BEST! Thank you!!!

  We were referred to Lindsay and Emily through a good friend of mine to deal with everything in regards of buying a home, and boy am I glad we hired them. It was our first home. We had no clue what to do. Emily and Lindsay went far and beyond to get us into our home as smoothly as possible. They explained to us ‘in detail’ the whole process of buying a home in NJ the next day we signed up with them. They took the guesswork out and went to work, they did everything right by us, they went above and beyond to get us the best outcome.
  They were very accommodating and the service they provided us with was very professional. We didn’t feel ‘once’ they were frustrated or annoyed with all our ignorance and questions, they were always there if we have a question even after closeout and settlement.
  It was really a pleasure to work with Lindsay and Emily, and to know they are always going to be there if we need anything else in the future gives us the feeling of security and comfort.
  We really can't thank them enough for all their help and we will work with them in the future for sure.

  Emily and Lindsay are an exceptional legal team who helped us with the purchase of our first home. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free.   Emily and Lindsay were incredibly helpful through every step of the home buying process. This was our first time using a lawyer with a real estate transaction, and these ladies are amazing! They stayed on everyone else in the process to make sure that we were on track to close and that nothing got left behind, and were incredibly communicative. I would recommend them 100% and will be using them for any future real estate transactions or any other lawyer needs.

  The Declercq Law Firm is exceptional. My husband and I worked with Emily and Lindsay through the sale of our home in August and the purchase of a lot recently. In between, we had a purchase fall through. Through each transaction, Emily and Lindsay were available and handled everything perfectly and professionally. We could not be happier. They are both incredibly smart and ambitious women but also lovely to work with. Through one of the most stressful times, they made it easy. I would never work with anyone else, and I would recommend Emily, Lindsay and their team to anyone in need of their services. They will exceed all of your expectations. They certainly did ours.
