  Debra is amazing! Seeing her is like chatting with an old friend. The meetings go by so fast and the next thing you know, you are more informed and equipped to handle your dietary needs. Not only is visiting her a breeze, she is extremely knowledgeable and competent. Her pre-diabetes and diabetes knowledge is extensive. Take advantage of her years of experience and give her a call.

  Dr. Debra has so much knowledge about healthier eating habits. She helped our family get back on track with a healthier lifestyle. She offers detailed information on food choices, exercising, and she is always positive when meeting with her. She changed my sons life by educating our family and the suggestions she makes are easy to understand and follow. So glad that we decided to work with Dr. Debra!
