Deb is amazing. I felt comfortable with her right away, and trusted her completely. Many years of previous talk therapy and medication only helped temporarily, and never got to the root. Deb helped completely change my life...me. She helped me to unload what I needed for me to find me somewhere deep inside. I can't say enough about Deb, DNMS therapy, Tapping, and Brain Spotting. Highly recommend if you're serious about healing. She's also fun.
I have spent 20 years doing couch therapy and it just wasn't getting to the root of my issues. My psychiatrist recommended Debra Antari, as many of her patients gave rave reviews about the DNMS therapy Deb was providing.
I gave DNMS therapy a chance. It took time, I remained patient with the process and kept an open mind. I have never recieved SO much healing from therapy in my life as I have working with Deb. The darkness has been lifted and I am no longer stuck with unprocessed pain that was hiding deep inside.
This method of therapy literally changes the hardwiring of your brain. I am no longer triggered by the past. I truly believe that if this therapy was the standard of mental health care, it would save lives and change the world. That sounds dramatic but DNMS has profoundly changed my life for the better. I am free from that which has haunted my soul for 41 years and we aren't completely done yet.
