When our son was 4 months our our doctor suspected that he had torticollis in his neck. We did the recommended neck stretches with him for 2 full months only to be told at his 6 month check up that it wasn’t working. Our doctor recommended him to be seen by a PT. My wife wanted someone who would do house visits and she found Deborah and immediately felt good about her. During the initial phone call she explained that she suspected he might have torticollis due to body/trunk tightness. She was right! I wish we had gone to her sooner because we did so much unnecessary neck stretching. In the beginning, Deborah would come to our house once a week for about a month and he was doing so well that she then came every other week. She is very knowledgeable and experienced and that put us at ease. She was great with our son and he really enjoyed her visits. After 3 months of therapy he was able to graduate. At his 9 month check up our doctor said she couldn’t even tell what side he had the torticollis! Thank you Deborah for “fixing” him! We are so grateful and we highly recommend you choose her if you are looking for an infant Physical Therapist. *Also, she was VERY careful during the Covid pandemic always wore gloves and a mask, and washed her hands immediately after entering our house. She talked about how she never visited anywhere that could potentially expose her to the virus and talked about how her clients safety was always top priority since she would be around infants. That made us also feel very safe having her visit our house.*
