  Deb has been an amazing mentor for me over the past eight months. Not only is she incredibly knowledgable but she is also exceptionally kind and a true motivator. Here one-on-one sessions and modules always leave me proud of what I have accomplished and excited for the next step.

  Deb is a fabulous nutrition & health counselor (and yoga instructor). She is extremely knowledgeable, a great listener, easy to talk to, and very understanding. When I went to her for nutritional/health advise, the nutritional plan she created for me was very personal, and fit my lifestyle and health needs extremely well. I highly recommend Deb!

  Deb is extremely knowledgeable in the field of nutrition and health. I needed a little guidance on healthy eating for a hectic schedule for me and my adult children. Her expertise gave us very fast positive results and I would highly recommend her exploratory session to see what personalized changes are needed to make for a more healthy lifestyle!

  We are very fortunate to have the Roots studio in our area! The owner Deb has fostered a nurturing environment for all of us who practice here. Deb is creative in bringing different programs and ideas to aid all of us in staying healthy both emotionally and physically. She has carefully selected wonderful instructors that each bring different qualities to their classes.
  Added benefits are her nutrition background, her homemade teas and her sweet puppy Phoebe who practices with us.
  I'm very thankful to Deb and the Roots instructors for years of wonderful practice at this studio!

  I can’t say enough about Roots Yoga and Nutrition! Roots offers a wide variety of classes and special events. The yoga instructors are skilled, caring, professionals who connect with their students on a personal level. The owner, Deb, is an exceptional yogi who masterfully tailors her classes to meet the specific needs of the attendees. For me, Roots is a welcoming community of smiling faces!
