  This is not easy to write, but I feel that I must. My husband passed suddenly in 2015 and Davis and Wagner was the funeral home that my family used many years ago for my dad, so it was my natural choice. I was a distraught widow with my college age children and Mark could not have been nicer. He didn’t try and up sell me on anything and even asked if we were sure we wanted the limo because it was such a short distance (we did get the limo. LOL). My husband was just as handsome as he had always been. It looked like he had just fallen asleep, but in his suit. I couldn’t believe it. We had a large 2 day funeral and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating or nicer. Many people had said the same to me.
  
  Here we are in 2023 and my beautiful 97 yr old mom passed away at her home. Of course we called Davis and Wagner. I don’t remember much of that night, but I do remember Mark’s calm voice talking to my sister. I knew my mom was in good hands. Again he couldn’t have been nicer, especially when I changed the plans my sister originally wanted. And my mom looked absolutely beautiful. I was so grateful for that. It was my biggest fear, but again I had no reason to be fearful. It really makes a difference. You may not think about it, but it does. My nephew even said he wants to be cremated, but maybe not now because he wants to come here and look as great as his Uncle Ed and his Grandmom. If you are looking for a compassionate person to help you at your worst moment, I recommend Mark and Davis and Wagner.

  Mark and his team were absolutely a pleasure to work with in the planning of a beautiful funeral for our beloved mother. His kindness and patience is unmatched and we all received many compliments from family and friends.
