Dr. Hoffman is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He is also very sharp-witted and made my visit a fun experience.
I am fortunate to live in Summit, and have been a patient of Dr. Hoffman since 1987. His wife at the front desk is lovely and handles all the appointments and insurance.
Dr. Hoffman is so intelligent and funny, and always puts me at ease. He recently saw me for an emergency infection and diagnosed the problem right away....and no need for the incompetent urgent care doctors. This doctor is top notch.
Dr. Hoffman was my eye doctor for many years. He is very knowledgable and patient. His diagnoses of two eye conditions I had were spot-on. The office staff is warm and helpful. The scheduling is done really well. For instance, a yearly visit at another facility could take two-and-a-half hours, with unnecessary waiting time before dilation, etc. At Dr. Hoffman's the entire time in the office was one hour. It is exactly the the same process but not additional waiting time for the patient. I appreciate that sensitivity to schedules. Plus they have some evening hours and Saturday hours, which is so helpful for people working.
I am very satisfied with Dr. Hoffman and his staff. He is thorough, professional and courteous as well as very knowledgeable. I've been seeing him for 4-5 years and have been convinced each visit that I have been given first class care. His office staff has never been anything less than cordial, polite and helpful. I don't always use the optician but when I have, I've been extremely satisfied and received good quality work. He is a one man band so he cannot always jump to your attention but he has never been rude or less than helpful and courteous. Highly recommend.
I don't usually write reviews about ANYTHING, but I really feel that these reviews are awful! I love Dr. Hoffman and his staff! There is little or no wait for my appointments and everyone is incredibly nice and helpful. Dr. Hoffman is caring and low key and incredibly accurate. I have used other eye doctors, but will go out of my way to go to Dr. Hoffman. I highly recommend!
