  Dave was incredible to work with for the selling of our first home, and the purchasing of our new home. My husband and I were originally with a realtor who did everything but make the process enjoyable. We met with Dave at a potential home to buy and it was immediately a different feeling. He went through the house with such knowledge of the home without ever stepping foot in it. He listened to our wants and avoidances, understood our finances and really worked with us to make the process as smoothly as possible. Our home was listed and had offers within the week.
