  David Harrell was very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire transaction. He has a wealth of knowledge, and I was very comfortable discussing various options with him. He always returned my calls promptly and set my mind at ease whenever I was feeling anxious. With his help I was able to sell my home quickly (3 days on the market) and move to my new home in Georgia. I would highly recommend David as he is very thorough in explaining the process of selling your home and will walk you through any concerns you have along the way.

  I was dreading the responsibility of selling my childhood home. I feared the experience would be one filled with emotion and uncertainty. I was really fortunate to have Dave as my realtor, who made the job easy. The house is an older property, and I was unsure what needed to be updated, or not. Dave gave me good advice, balancing my personal expense and marketability, and ultimately, I got great value in the sale price. The needed contractors, for whom he vouched personally, were excellent. Dave navigated the negotiations skillfully, and the house was sold with no inspection and no buyer contingencies. The transaction went very smoothly, was stress free, and I didn't even have to go to the closing.

  Dave Harrell is a great example of a professional who cares about his clients’ best interests! He literally wrote the book on how to sell your home for maximum profit. His experience and expertise show up in every step of the way. One of the most valuable things I found about Dave is that he regularly keeps in touch throughout the home selling process! I would strongly recommend Dave to anyone who is considering buying or selling a home in the greater Wilmington, DE area.

  Buying and/or selling a home is exciting and stressful at the same time. Dave put us at ease during the entire selling process. His attention to detail was evident the first time he came to our house. He spent this time discussing his strategies of preparing our house for sale and marketing strategies for selling it in a timely manner. His focus was on answering all of our questions and making sure the listing had all the pertinent information. As we walked through every room in the house, he would ask questions about upgrades that were done as he took measurements.
  
  The best strategy Dave came up with was listing our home as "Coming Soon" This generated dozens of quality buyers which was evident by the 14 scheduled showings we had on Day 1 and 16 showings scheduled on Day 2. 9 offers later and multiple counter offers, we accepted an offer at the end of Day 2.
  
  Dave's 25 plus years of real estate knowledge was evident during this entire process. His communication skills, his knowledge of the rules and regulations, his ethical approach to his craft and his overall professionalism make him the person you want to handle your real estate needs.
