What can I say except WOW!!!!! Dave did a fantastic job. How he talked to me felt like he wasn't my lawyer but one of my best friends he explained everything that I couldn't understand. Dave did a great job cutting thur the red tape the state of Connecticut likes to do. I will be recommending him to my friends. I wish I had him when I got divorce many years ago. I met Attorney David Shepard because my Aunt’s conservator had and still is not doing her job as conservator of person and conservator of finances at the time we first spoke.
Dave took over as conservator of finances. Things are slowly coming together. Hopefully he will be my aunt’s conservator of person soon.
What I liked about him when we first spoke on the phone was that he was straight to the point. You always know where you stand with him. He truly cares about my Aunt and her wellbeing and goes above and beyond.
However the conservator of person has not made it easy for him to do his job. I know that Dave will be successful in helping my Aunt. I am very lucky and my aunt is very lucky to have him working on our side.
