(January 8, 2020, 12:02 pm)Last week, I popped two tires after hitting a median. It was 5pm so rush hour and I was on my way home from work. I’ve never needed to be towed before. I was recommended to use Dave’s heavy towing and I’m so happy I did. The driver Chuck was a very sweet man. He dealt with all my crying and questions which could not have been easy. He explained everything he was doing with the car. He used a piece of wood to prop up the flattened side of my car which minimized the Chances of scraping the very low bumper on my leased car. He also explained to me about watching for wheel weights when putting straps on tires. After loading my car we proceeded to the mechanics shop to drop off my car. He made sure my car was backed into a spot with space in either side so no one would accidentally hit into my doors. That kind of compassion is rare these days. This entire process took maybe an hour and 15 minutes including waiting time. Chuck made sure my first experience was a good one and I’ll recommend him and Daves heavy towing to anyone in need.
