  Love this place. They bring top notch and an eclectic mix of entertainment to the region. The staff are attentive and diligent. The food is always good. Why not 5 stars? Because they charged me $3.00 for ice in a drink. I ask for a double Jameson on the rocks. The bill indicates $3.00 up charge for ice. I pointed this out to the server. She said it's the house policy. She asked if I wanted to see the manager. After declining the offer she got the manager anyway. He said it wasn't for ice but for the second pour. After pointing out the second pour takes three to four seconds, he said it's the house policy. Whatever, it is frozen water or 3 to 4 seconds. The policy is petty and insulting.

  I went with friends to catch the “Jagged litttle Thrill” act. What a great spot to watch a band. They offer ample parking, comfortable seating, and a menu with good choices of American food. We started with the chicken on a stick. Thumbs up!!! Then we each ordered a burger. One friend had the burger in lettuce. It was perfectly made. Another ordered the veggie burger. This comes with avocado and was pretty tasty.
  Now, the third burger is where it all went wrong. Not because of the flavor of the food , it was cooked perfectly. The negative was the server. After what I felt was a lengthy conversation about substituting a veggie patty in place of a meat patty on a cheeseburger, you can guess what I was brought… Mind you the reason this annoyed me is because she asked how “I wanted the burger cooked … medium or well”, I said veggie burgers don’t typically get cooked in that way, so I went over it again… simply substitute the veggie patty for the meat patty. I still can’t understand how that got confused.
  My friend ordered the drink “old fashioned” and it was not made correctly. It ended up going back and he exchange it for a beer, but he still got charged for the returned drink. It could simply be that they had an off night because a couple weeks back. He had the very same drink, and it was great.
  It’s definitely worth a visit. It has great bands, great parking, great food and great service overall. The other staff members are pretty attentive and helpful.
  I would definitely visit again, but I would also hope I didn’t have that server again if I did!

  Awesome. Had my bachelor party here...great food, exceptional sound system, cool video/lighting work. Wish my band could play here!

  Great food, good service, oh ya, and awesome music! The orecchiette pasta dish was fantastic.

  This is a great place to see a show.
  
  We had a table and went early for dinner. The cocktails were very good and the food was good. IMO, it's not why you come here.
  
  Among the things we had was the chicken sandwich in a lettuce wrap and that was the best item.
