I’m in the process of buying my first car and have been shopping around for insurance. I’ve been trying to find insurance over the Fourth of July weekend which, as you can expect, is challenging. I had poor or less than optimal experiences with the salespeople from Liberty, Geico, and Progressive. So, I was blown away with the incredibly positive experience and customized care I received from State Farm, specifically Jake at this branch.

I spent two entire days trying to sort out a tricky situation and to get insurance coverage in time to pick up my car as scheduled. I was anxious and felt defeated…until Jake reached out after business hours over the holiday weekend and explained and helped me sort out everything. I am SO impressed. This was above and beyond what I could have ever expected from customer care. He eased my anxiety and literally made my day. Everyone I have spoken to at State Farm has been consistently amazing—patient, friendly, helpful, informative. I feel cared for as a customer and will happily recommend State Farm. I plan to switch my other insurance policies to them as I have had very poor experiences with my current provider even after 5+ years of being a customer.
