Although the prognosis for full use and recovery of my injured shoulder is not good - I greatly appreciated the honest opinion and advice that Dr. Mastella gave me regarding my options. He always listened to every question I had and then answered them completely in layman terms.

Dr. Mastella and the support staff were great. My surgery went as expected and now 4 weeks out I'm starting physical therapy.

Dr. Mastella really made me feel so at ease and comfortable during my visit with him. I didn’t feel rushed. He answered all my questions. The Hand Center has a wonderful staff of people and Dr. Mastella is definitely one of the best.

Despite getting lost and showing up 1/2 hr. late, they graciously kept my appointment. The receptionists were understanding and courteous, and my therapist Cat was extremely accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Mastella and The Hand Center in Glastonbury, and their other offices as well, which I have also visited.
