  If you are looking to work with someone who truly listens to what you want and is looking out for your best interests, you have to go with Meg! I have known Meg since I was a little girl in her gym class, and am so happy my family has had the chance to reunite with her over the past several years. Meg helped my mom sell my childhood home, helped my grandparents sell their lifelong home shortly before they passed, and helped my brother find a home for his family, as well. When we were ready to buy, we looked nowhere else but to Meg.
  
  We started our search with a large range of neighborhoods (with borders of Babylon to the west and Patchogue to the east!) and spent an entire YEAR searching for "the one." Meg was with us every step of the way, from the many duds we knew we had to pass on, and the handful of "almost-but-not-quite" homes we often strongly considered. Meg was always the voice of reason in our ears, asking us questions after open houses to ensure that we were thinking about all of our priorities. This meant that there were times we were blinded by shiny kitchens and bathrooms, and she gently reminded us about our desire for a playroom for our son. For Meg, we knew that it was never about "making the deal." It was about working with a family to find something they would love. Meg was there to celebrate with us when we finally found what we were looking for - and we knew her confidence was based on really knowing us inside and out!

  Meg Smith was by far the best choice we could have made when we were in our realtor selection process. We interviewed two other realtors before her and we were excited about Meg because she exhibited the most knowledge of the area, the real estate/mortgage market and made us feel as though we were her priority. She went above and beyond with the scheduling of the open house and other viewings accommodating our schedule and paid very close attention to detail where she had the answers for any question that came up from a prospective buyer. she was able to have our house sold in less than two weeks. We truly don't believe another realtor would have been able to pull that off. Meg has a very easy going personality and is focused and positive. A true professional and we highly recommend her services.

  After my mom passed away, I was given the job of selling my family home. I hired Meg Smith Realty, specifically, Dawn Sofio, to handle the sale. She sold my house quickly at the price we were looking to get. She made a very depressing process less taxing on me and my whole family. My two sisters live out of state but when we all got together to clean out the house, she made it a point to come meet the rest of my siblings.. She handled the entire sale with professionalism; the whole time being polite and polished.
