  Great session for the Annual 8hr. Security class. Damon hits it out of the park with his explanation on how Security is about preventive escalation, so you don't have to do description of issues. Highly recommend this class or any of his classes for your Security License needs.

  Damon finch is a phenomenal teacher the environment was incredibly energetic and inclusive. Damon has taught me not only about how to be a security guard but also about life and the better paths I can take as a person. His way of teaching is nothing I’ve ever seen before it’s as if I’m being taught by a close friend and he has kept my attention for the moment we first met to the last minute we spoke. I’d highly recommend taking his sessions.

  I attended Damon Finch's 3 day security course on May 31 and I must say after 20+ yrs in law enforcement and 25 yrs in the security field I was still able to learn new things . Damon keeps his class lively and fun and every moment is definitely a learning experience . I wasn't going to leave a review after seeing that he had a 4.9 rating on almost 600 reviews (why would he need another review) BUT people that love to teach and mentor need to be commended , he loves what he does and it shows . I encourage anyone who wants to learn to reach out and take a course even if you think you know everything I guarantee you will learn something new . Remember it's a dangerous world out here train train train .

  47 HOUR ARMED SECURITY GUARD TRAINING
  I just received the most valuable security guard training with Damon Finch and his associates. We were taught Article 35 the use of force justification. We were also taught how to properly hold and carry and shoot a service weapon in all different situations and scenarios. We were also taught some self defense moves and techniques which will help protect myself and others as well. Damon was very informative and enthusiastic with teaching and hands on training to become a professional armed security guard. I would recommend this course because it helps provide understanding and structure for the skills and concepts of the security guard profession. This class would benefit anyone that has or is applying for a concealed carry permit looking for more skills,education,experience and confidence. Keep up the good work Damon Finch and associates.
