Tim represented my 84yr old mother after she was injured as a pedestrian a bizarre automobile accident involving negligence on behalf of a municipality. From the day we contracted with Tim he was on top of everything from getting video of the accident to working to get the best settlement possible from the municipality. Without Tim there would not even have been a call from the municipality checking to see how my mother was doing and there certainly would not have been any accountability to compensate my mother for the negligence of their worker; my mom would have been stuck with a hefty bill for her immediate recovery and nothing to set aside for potential issues that could come up. After a rather traumatic automobile accident, I searched online for recommendations on where I could go for representation. Daly & Clemente were highly recommended, and I understand why. I believe I called on a Saturday afternoon not expecting a return call until Monday, and to my surprise my phone rang about 20 minutes later with Tim Daly on the other line. He took down my initial info, chatted with me for a little and then we hit the ground running on Monday. At the time of my accident, I was 32 weeks pregnant - I work full time and have other children so I really needed someone to take the reins so I could go about my life. Tim just did that. He handled everything. I forwarded all of my mailings and e-mails to him and he did the rest. Communication was top notch - quick, reliable, friendly. His office staff was lovely. When I delivered my son in May, the office sent flowers to their "1st Daly & Clemente Baby" - it seems silly but that went such a long way for me, it made me feel valued as a client and that they truly cared about my health and well-being and that of my family's.
