I cannot say enough how happy I'm with the service at Dail Transmission. Isabella was amazing to deal with and went to the extra mile for me and my 18 Forester Turbo replacement. She kept me updated and sent me pictures of the process daily. I never once felt left out in the dark in regards to the repairs and any challenges they faced with my car. You cannot ask for a better autoshop.

What was extraordinary was that Isabella knew I needed my car as I had been without one for almost 3 weeks. She had one of her technicians drive to a Subaru dealership in NJ to pick up one of the parts that were on backorder at my local Subaru dealership to get my car done.

This place is amazing! They have Max Care for those who got their cars from Car Max. Everyone was super nice and they even gave me lunch because they had ordered too much pizza that day. I am blown away with the service and I will never go anywhere else ever again! They have amazing customer service and they are so attentive to detail. I love this place and you should definitely go here! I felt like family and explain everything so clearly.

It was my first time at Dail. Excellent, service led by Ms. Isabel and her team. No nonsense, fair prices. Miguel, the team lead Mechanic, provided swift service in where you're not waiting around for hours, they provide the service you ask for!

I was sent here by my car warranty company and it was a great experience! Isabel is super sweet and keeps you informed every step of the way. I needed a new engine and they made the process painless. They took care of everything for me. 10/10 recommend!

By far the best shop I've been to in years. Ms. Isabella especially made this experience exceptional. I had a busted fuel line that turned out to be because of a really bad fuel pump. I live a half hour from the shop and needed to have someone follow me. She offered to get me a ride if I lived close enough. I was kept up to date every step of the repair. Only took a few days (because of the warranty company). The work is exceptional, and the service was top notch. I will definitely be using this shop in the future. 10 out of 10 recommended.
