  We worked with Dagny for the better part of 2022 to purchase our new home. She's smart, savvy, responsive, and always willing to help. She operates with a sense of urgency and in doing so was often able to secure same day or next day viewings. She has a keen eye for evaluating properties and has often provided creative ideas and prospectives. She knows the area very well and has many helpful contacts in the industry. We now consider Dagny a family friend and look forward to keeping in touch with her.

  Dagny was an incredible ally for me and my wife. Within a few weeks, we found a home we loved, and Dagny was helpful every step of the way through closing. She's extremely knowledgeable about homes and lawn care, punctual, and wants you to be happy with your home. She has also provided countless contacts for services (propane, oil, septic, lawn, etc) that have proven to be stellar and affordable. We couldn't have done it without her!

  Dagny helped us to sell our house and buy another in Wilton CT. She was patient, kind and incredibly helpful. She gave us honest feedback about improvements and price before listing. With her guidance and feedback, we got 2 offers based off of 6 showings in a difficult real estate climate - with two kids and two dogs this was crucial to my sanity. Throughout the home buying process, we felt like every decision and action Dagny took was to protect our best interest and ensure that we were exposed to the lowest amount of risk. She kindly and clearly explained things to us (regularly) that we were unfamiliar with and was so patient as we looked at many houses - and we are so grateful to her. Dagny was beyond responsive throughout the entire process. We will happily be using Dagny in our future real estate dealings in the area when it becomes becomes time!

  Dagny is an expert when it comes to Wilton real estate. She's lived there for over 20 years and is the local expert. She knows all the cool places to go and eat, and it's amazing because everyone seems to know and love Dagny too. Dagny is a phenomenal realtor because she really listens to her clients needs. She helped one of my friends find the house of their dreams, and I was so thrilled that I was able to recommend Dagny and my friend loved her just as much as I did. My friend was a bit picky, but this was no issue for Dagny because she was able to quickly ascertain her true needs and find the right home. She was also able to recommend a great loan officer and that helped make the deal go much faster.
