  Nice diner. Cozy. Colleen was great! I'm grateful they had gluten-free buns. Love that the beef for the burgers is local angus.

  Dad's Copake Diner has that nice small town feeling. The staff was super friendly and the "Signature Burger" was great! They have an outdoor seating area and amble parking in the back.

  Loved this place - well appointed and cute, but still feels like a real diner, untainted by irony. Inexpensive, good food. Friendly service from neighborhood kids. Very pleasant place to grab a bite to eat alone at the counter, or with friends at a booth :)

  There food is always delicious. I wouldn't recommend their desserts so much however. But every dinner/lunch dish I have tried, including their sides, has been very tasty.

  After a long day driving we stopped at Dad's in late afternoon. I ordered a Reuben sandwich with corned beef, fries, cole slaw and pickle. It was perfect.
  It was grilled and assembled perfectly. Each ingredient was just right so each flavor could be tasted. Not over and not under.
  The wait staff was great. The ladies were pleasnt and took care of our order so nicely.
  The atmosphere was great. The place was as clean and bright as can be. Being of a certain age the music playing, the car art along with the great furniture evoked a period I haven't been in touch with for a long while.
  We'll be back.
