  We had a gas insert installed. It was a pleasure doing business with this family store. The installation was prompt and meticulous and we would highly recommend them to others.

  I was very happy with overall experience! I was able to get a quick appointment and showed up on time! The fellow was very thorough with pictures of the chimney chase cover condition and fixed my one cap another chimney company didn't affix back correctly. Inspected the chase and flue indicating conditions and timeline to come back in future to reinspect/clean, if needed. Upfront, honest and overall very happy with service! I recommend and will use them in the future. I'm so glad I called D&W v the other chimney services that never called back or kept delaying for 3 months saying will come next week.

  Excellent. One very happy customer here. Very knowledgeable staff, quick responses. I think it took less than 24 hours by the time I went in to have the doors installed. Plus they look amazing. It is always better to support family run businesses when you can. I highly recommend them.

  We had a gas insert installed and from start to finish, the experience was top notch and exactly what we expected. The price remained the same from the initial quote to the final performance test. Matt, Chris, Mike and Walter were excellent and took great pride in their work. The work was performed neatly and I would not hesitate in recommending to anyone.

  I had a great experience with D&W. Very honest and reasonably priced.
  
  They responded quickly to any questions I had and provided honest feedback in the options I had available to me. I converted my wood burning fireplace to electric. I highly recommend them.
