  We had very pleasant experience selling with Dan Huber. Given so many realtors, we are very glad with our decision of hiring Dan. He showed up to evaluate our home on the day we contacted him and provided us the evaluation report right away. He has an in-depth knowledge of the property market at Lehigh Valley and very professional. We are very pleased with the service and advice he provided. He listed our property very quick as we requested and we received multiple offers after listing the property in two days. The whole closing process was very smooth and worry-free.   We had the privilege of working with Dan to buy a new home and sell our previous one. He worked diligently to help us with the buying process by communicating our concerns and questions with expertise and patience as we worked with a national home builder. Even through numerous building delays, Dan was constantly checking in on the build and assisted us with navigating that often-complicated process. His professionalism and knowledge of the local real-estate market are truly unmatched!
  
  When it came time to sell our first home, Dan made the process extremely easy. He used trends in the local markets to help us determine a list price, and within 24 hours of an open house, he was able to secure us multiple offers. We ended up selling above list price and closed within a month of listing.
  
  By the end of the buying and selling process, Dan felt more like family than our real estate agent. He takes the time and consideration to treat his clients with the utmost respect, while always communicating promptly. He listens to every question/concern and gets answers when you need it the most.   I asked my mortgage lender to recommend an agent who would be patient with a first time homebuyer and Dan exceeded my expectations.
