Customer service was superb - all via email, which was my preference. Asked for advice prior to purchasing and got quick, detailed responses. Ordering online was easy. Shipping was very fast. I bought the Commander. It is an exceedingly well thought out design. High build quality. Excellent assembly instructions. Leaf pickup performance is superb with my millions of live oak leaves. I should note that I installed extra high lift blades on my mower; I figure they play a significant role in the overall performance of the system. Very pleased with entire experience and product. Most highly recommended.

I have owned a Cyclone Rake for almost 20 years and when the engine gave out, I purchased the current model and an upgraded blower unit. I am extremely pleased with my new engine and blower upgrades. They do a much easier and better job than the older model. Fritz, my representative, was very easy to work with and made the purchasing and shipping process very pleasant. I have owned a cyclone rake for over 20 years. It is one of my favorite tools. I wouldn't be able to get through fall without it. I recently had the motor give out. I must admit that I minimally cared for it. I called cyclone rake, quickly got to a service representative who found my purchase of 20 years ago, and matched me to a new engine. I received it two days later. Removing two fasteners, I took off the old engine, replaced it with the new engine, filled with oil and gas, and was back in business better than ever. It took mere minutes. Woodland Products are quality products that stand the test of time not just in their longevity but in their serviceability.

This thing is AWESOME! Definitely NOT cheaply made. Has more than enough power to do the job. The assembly instructions are clear and easy to follow. Above all else, Their customer service is top notch. My Cyclone Rake was delivered with one single wheel (what I ordered) and one double wheel (Added cost upgrade) for the catcher. Customer service sent out another double wheel overnight at no cost to me. This is how all companies should be. THANK YOU Woodland Power Products!
