Christian was incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and honest. At no point did I ever feel like he was a typical salesman. Throughout the process of choosing, ordering, assembling, and setting up my bike, I always felt like Christian and his team were there to truly help me. Absolutely stellar experience with Cycles 54!

Christian and Luke were highly recommended. Very knowledgeable since I've jumped from a hybrid to a road bike. They made me feel comfortable from the minute I stepped foot in this establishment. I've been recommending all my friends. I love his little shrine nestled in the corner. Trophies and what-not.

The owner is so nice !! Ordered an EPIC Expert and was assembled to perfection. ( not an easy bike to build, very complex ) Great care was given to delivery of BIKE and full in person instructions came with my bike. If you live in the jersey area I highly recommend you give them the business.

I have visited many bike shops in NY/NJ and I have to say that Cycles 54 is definitely my favorite one so far - friendly staffs, professional services, large selection of products. I brought my road bike for a complete tuneup and couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Highly recommended!
