(May 23, 2022, 11:37 am)Great local bike shop! I stopped by this weekend with my old bike in need of new tires. Dave took great care of my bike and restored it to working order. He even gave me some tips and pointers on how I could best maintain my bike over time! So thrilled to have stopped by... I will definitely be back.

Dave is en pointe and all around friendly guy, very helpful and took the time at the end of the day to help us out with a busted cable. We are so happy to know that a great bike shop and bike aficionado is in the area as this is a perfect area for biking and exploring and we are definitely coming back for many future visits! (May 19, 2020, 12:17 pm)My road bike sat for years. The tires apparently were dry and crumbly. Not recognizing the danger, I inflated them. A scene from "Hello Dolly:" ensued. First, the rear tire exploded with the sound and blast of a cherry bomb. Steel tire cables severed, and I felt a blast on my face. Before I knew what happened, the front tire similarly exploded.
I never knew a balloon tire could be so dangerous. I took the rims to Dave, whom I met for the first time. He welcomed me, smiled at my story, took the rims, and two hours later returned them with two new mounted tires at a fair price. I even got to take my first ride around Frenchtown and on the tow path before the afternoon ended.
My experience at the Cycle Corner was warm and wonderful. I'm sure we'll be spending more time and money in Dave's shop.
