(April 28, 2023, 2:20 pm)I ordered 3 Novak black frames, 18*24 inch, no mats as I cut my own, and picked them up at the factory. In order to pickup, the customer needs to contact customer service as there is no ability to do so on the website. The frames are great for my purpose, solid and well finished, very reasonable cost. I will certainly purchase again.

This was the only site I could customize the frame to exactly how I wanted. It came quickly and it was perfect and easy to hang. The customer support team was wonderful to deal with as well.

(October 8, 2021, 3:19 pm)OUTSTANDING! Amazing Picture Frame and Customer Service! I ordered a huge canvas print online and was having difficulty finding a frame because of its size. Thankfully, I found CustomPictureFrames.com from a Google search. The size of the frame needed is 70x35 , but CustomPictureFrames made it very easy to choose the size and type of frame with just a few clicks on their website. I chose the Bronzo (70x35) with non glare acrylic backing. Because of the unusual large size, I called and was connected with Annie Medina in customer service. Annie is Amazing! She arranged everything, even a special delivery to my home. And during the entire process she kept in contact with me. From the frame creation to organizing a delivery date and on the day of the delivery she contacted me at 7:40am to ask if I was ready. We live in South Philadelphia, and my picture frame arrived at 10:30am. The frame is exactly what we wanted; and frames our canvas print just beautifully. I can't say enough about how great this experience was. You have made a life long customer! And Annie is an Above and Beyond employee and made us very happy! Thank you so much! We will be back.
