I have been working with Lisa for almost a month and it has been great. She is attentive, helpful, and refuses to call anything a diet - rather, a lifestyle change. Lisa is an amazing trainer! Love her classes. They are a great mix of cardio, strengthening and agility. Her positive energy is awesome . Flexible scheduling and multiple class times makes it easy to pick and choose when you want to go.
I started to work with Lisa during the pandemic last Spring. She created a wonderful, safe, and clean environment for our group outside. I am so thankful for the last 10 months I have been training with her. Lisa is an amazing trainer. Her workouts are highly organized, thoughtfully planned out for each group, and she helps you focus on how to get stronger both physically and mentally.
