He returned our call within hours of a message being left and worked with us to locate the driver, Chris, and help us get an uber to pick up and deliver the phone. I am so happy that there are still helpful people out there. Thank you Chan and Chris, the bus driver.

(November 19, 2017, 6:50 pm)My entire experience with Custom Coach & Limo from inquiry all the way to the actual day has been nothing but GREAT. John has been very accommodating and helpful since Day 1 as I was inquiring. He was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The rates he also provided are reasonable. On our actual days of service (we rented their 36 passenger bus), the bus was very well maintained and seemed like brand new. Everyone from the group was impressed and very comfortable throughout our journey. I'd also like to commend our drivers, Ruby & Michael, who are very polite and drives really well. I didn't have a hard time coordinating with them for directions of pick-up/drop-off. To those who are looking into renting shuttle services in the city, you will not regret booking with them. They are on top of their game. Thank you once again John, for the excellent service you have provided!
