  I took over my black suit to be cleaned for a wedding. It was my only option for the event as it was black tie. I didn't have any other appropriate outfits. I forgot to pick it up during work hours. I panicked and called the store. To my surprise someone picked up. He listened to my predicament and called his staff to help. Someone came in to open the store just for my emergency. To say that is above and beyond is not enough praise. This was no one's problem but mine and yet this awesome staff went way out of their way to assist me. I can't thank them enough or be happier by my choice in cleaners. Thank you again!!!

  Steve and his team do a superb job of cleaning all kinds of clothing. They are always positive and looking for a solution to difficult stains and clothing styles. I appreciate the consistency that they offer, always having clothes ready on time and completed as requested. I also appreciate the little extra touches, such as fixing buttons. Their prices are reasonable and they take great care of your clothes. I highly recommend Custom Cleaners!

  Hands down, one of the best dry cleaners in the area. They not only handle unique items (I usually come in to have my outdoor couch cushions cleaned), but they handle all items to be dry cleaned and altered as need be. Plus they pick up and deliver to my home in Trenton! I love Steve and his crew.

  I must give a HUGE shout out to Steve at Custom Cleaners in the Stop and Shop Shopping Center on Denow Rd. They always meet all my cleaning needs and do an excellent job, but this was above and beyond.
  
  I had gone in on Friday to pick up my husbands dry cleaning as he is leaving early Monday morning for a week long business trip. Steve, who always greets me by name, said it would be ready after 5:00pm and to come back. Well, the weekend started and all the obligations that come with it got underway. It wasn’t until 2:00am Saturday night/Sunday morning that I woke up and had a full-on panic attack realizing I never picked up my husbands cleaning. Plus, Custom Cleaners is closed on Sundays! 🤦‍♀️I needed to get in touch with Steve, so I used every means to do so. I sent messages to him through google, instagram, Facebook, and email. At 7:00am that Sunday morning I got a text from Steve saying he will get me my dry cleaning. Steve went out of his way, on his day off, taking time from family to get me my dry cleaning. He has earned a a loyal customer for life!
