Almost Insta-Chili in a Tortilla Bowl

Servings: 4-6
Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
1 pack tortillas
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
2 cans red kidney beans
1 25.5oz jar (or two small jars) of Cush’s Homegrown Salsa (we prefer Hot or Red Zone for this recipe)
4 t of chili powder
2 t cumin
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Crumble meat and cook in large skillet until browned! (3-5 minutes)
Add kidney beans (un-drained), Cush’s Homegrown Salsa, chili powder and cumin (10-20 seconds)
Raise that heat and simmer! (15-20 minutes)
Place tortillas over upside-down muffin tin and bake in oven (3-5 minutes)
EAT!!
HELPFUL HINT: Refrigerate for later to let the flavors soak in even more. Mmm
