  Thank you to Andy from Culligan Water. I am very happy with my water system which he installed. Tonight I encountered a problem with my system, I reached out to Andy, and he responded right away with steps to resolve the issue. Great customer service and very professional. I would highly recommend Culligan.

  Absolutely outstanding service by Andy, our Service Rep, and Matt, the installer. Both were exceptionally professional, completely proficient and friendly. Andy thoroughly explained what was going on with our water, showing us the samples and explaining the solutions to remedy the issues. Matt installed our new water softener and house filter in a very professional manner. We are more than pleased with this service and highly recommend Culligan Water of Sparta!

  My mom had a new water softener and water filtration system installed and she is very happy. Andy Ball was very professional and knowledgeable and explained well how the system worked. The process was very smooth. The installation person was also excellent. I highly recommend Culligan Water Conditioning of Sparta.

  We recently moved to Sparta and had a lot of iron in our well water. We contacted Andy at Culligan and he came to the house to check out the situation. The previous owners had an old softener that was not properly hooked up and Andy recommended a new system. We installed the system and it improved the situation, but did not completely fix it. We had to install two more pieces of equipment before we finally got the problem under control.
  
  Andy was with us every step of the way and provided very good service. The reason for four stars instead of five is the amount of time it took for Culligan to cycle through the different solutions before finally getting it right. But, at the same time, I appreciated that Andy didn't throw the most expensive fix at us until we worked through the less expensive interventions.
  
  Highly recommend Andy and Culligan.

  Our first Culligan Water Softener, a MK89, was purchased in 1984. With only two service calls in 38 years, it demonstrates the reliability of the U.S. manufactured Culligan products. It is no wonder that I reached out to our local Culligan Water Softener Company, Sparta, NJ. to evaluate a recent leak from the top of the unit. The triumvirate of Susan (office/scheduling), Andy (sales representative and water expert) and Matt (technician) made the scheduling of appointments, technical problem evaluation, water testing, analysis of chemistry, selection of a replacement unit suited to my needs, and the design of plumbing/installation seamless and worry free. My choice is Culligan for their manufacturing excellence, expertise, patience and timeliness and should be your choice for a high quality, reliable system. Beverly W-S, Andover, NJ
