The grandchildren were very interested and he explained things to them nicely. We will have him return to do more work that is needed on our piano.

I got this very old abandoned piano, John did a detailed inspection and said to me the options I could choose to maximize the possibility of this piano without wasting too much money and efforts. I’m very glad the turned piano can help me with daily practice. One day the dampers got stuck up and I reached out to John he responded quickly with solutions, I really appreciate. (May 19, 2023, 7:06 pm)Finally, an amazing piano tuner and repair service! John was was to schedule with, quick to respond, polite and knowledgeable. He walk us through a more thorough check up on our piano than I've ever gone through before. We laid out the services he recommended, why he recommended them and then broke the costs down for us. He tuned the piano and fixed some minor issues we had the first visit and already the piano sounds better! He is the only piano tuner/repair service we will use going forward! Thank you John!

(April 21, 2023, 9:40 am)John was great with tuning our piano. We had moved it from RI to CT several years ago and it was VERY out of tune and several keys didn't work. He made all the keys work and the instrument overall sound much better. He was also very kind to my children who were interested in observing what he was doing. I would definitely recommend his service :) Thank you!
